The staff of Pain Care Associates of Oklahoma have a goal of both determining the cause of your pain and also of alleviating it to the best possible extent in the least invasive manner. Treatment options are varied but are always aimed at returning you to the best quality of life.
Focusing on minimally-invasive interventional approaches, and striving to stay on the leading edge of innovations, we hope to maximize your recovery in the shortest possible time.
If needed, we will assist in coordinating your care with other health care professionals, including physical therapists and other physicians. The options for treating your pain can be as simple as medication adjustment or a targeted injection of steroids. It may also include advanced options such as outpatient placement of a patient controlled spinal cord stimulator or an intrathecal infusion system.

- Selective nerve root blocks and transforaminal epidural steroid injections
- Discography with manometry
- Percutaneous disc decompression
- Epidural adhesolysis
- Facet injections and medial branch blocks
- Radiofrequency nerve ablation
- Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
- Celiac and hypogastic plexus neurolysis
- Stellate and lumbar sympathetic blocks
- Botulinum toxin injection for dystonia and headache pathology
- Intrathecal pump infusion system placement
- Spinal cord stimulator placement with patient-controlled remote
